ADI CONTINUING DEVELOPMENT: MASTERCLASS ADI

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) applies to all driving instructors, from the newly qualified to those with 50 years experience or more! Training/teaching techniques, new legislation, the changing needs of the driving public, DSA changes, everyone in the driver training industry needs to maintain and develop their teaching skills and keep up to date.

The following series of training modules have been tried and tested over a period of 22 years with over 600 ADI's and is aimed at the personal development of all driving instructors.

All training is conducted on a one to one basis, it's all pay by the session (no up front fees), and you will get a receipt (to claim back tax). We can come to you, to train in your area we can meet you at your local driving test centre or a place of your choice or even your home address. You can also come to us if you prefer, sometimes a change of location is preferred by some.

Training will start with a short informal role-play assessment of your current teaching level, this will be discussed with positive feedback (there is nothing to worry about, its only an assessment). We will then target areas of strength and weakness and your personal development will start to progress. We will work through as many of the following training modules as required, all of which will count as accredited training hours for DSA Continuing Professional Development requirements.
