Our intensive courses are based on the principal of assessment where the instructor will take the pupil on a two hour session to assess how many hours are required to take the pupil to test standard.

This system has proved very successful in the past as it provides a course of lessons that are specifically designed for each student.

Avoiding the prospect of booking for example a 30 hour course only to find that the pupil needs 10 hours this equates to a large amount of money and time wasted.

By the same count booking a 10 hour course for a pupil that needs 30 hours leaves both pupil and instructor expecting a failure.

Once the assessment has been completed pupil and instructor will discuss a time schedule that includes the theory test and the practical test taking into account the prevailing waiting lists for booking these tests. Once a practical test has been booked the intensive course will run for the six days preceding that date.

The course structure is made up of units of work not exceeding two hours e.g.

Day 12 hours + ½ hour break + 2 hours + 1 hour break + 2 hours = 6 hours work
Day 22 hours + ½ hour break + 2 hours = 4 hours work
Day 3As day 2
Day 4As day 2
Day 5As day 2
Day 6No lessons (rest) = 22 hour course
Day 7Driving test = pass
