DSA REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME A DRIVING INSTRUCTOR


In order to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) you must :
Hold a full UK or EU unrestricted car driving licence. (i.e. not have an automatic licence.)
Have held it for a total of at least 4 years (you may start to prepare fro the examainations before this but cannot be entered onto the register until you have held your full licence for 4 years.)
Must not have been disqualified from driving at any time in the 4 years prior to being entered in the register.
Be a fit and proper person to have your name entered in the register.
Pass the register qualifying examinations and then register within 12 months of passing the final examination.

We will provide you with one of the most comprehensive packages of training materials in the industry comprising of several Official DSA publications including the complete bank of Official DSA Questions, DSA recommended publications, CD Roms/DVD's to ensure that you get off to the best possible start. Preparing well for your Part 1 will give you a good knowledge base and most importantly good understanding . This is absolutely essential in your quest to become a good driving instructor.
