   ADVERTISING OPTIONS FOR ADI'S ON LEARNERS.CO.UK
The National Directory of Driving Schools gives you the opportunity to advertise your business on the internet at a competitive price. With various options available, ranging from a basic line entry in your postcode area, to a single web page or a complete web site. There is no excuse for not being a part of the World Wide Web!

The following describes our standard advertising options; these may be combined with our supplementary options to cover all of the services you provide.
Option A - Basic Listing

A basic listing in the National Internet Directory of Driving Schools at www.learners.co.uk. The listing can include your company name, address, one or two telephone numbers and a series of icons representing the services you offer. If you have an e-mail address, that can also be included.
Option B - Star Listing + Web page

For anyone wishing to increase their visibility, this option includes the basic listing in Option A but additional provides a full web page exclusively about your company. We produce a unique and attractive design for the page using information you supply. You can include up to 150 words of text on the page and your company logo if you have one. Your listing in the National Internet Directory of Driving Schools is marked with a red star to make it stand out from the rest and hot-linked to your full web page. The page has its own internet address such as www.learners.co.uk/tuition/yourname which you can publish on your business cards, leaflets, letterhead and on any other advertisements you place.
Option C - Gold Star Listing + Web page

To have your listing in the National Internet Directory of Driving Schools marked with a prominent gold star and linked to a supremely designed full-colour web page, option C is the choice for you. It includes the basic listing in Option A but additional provides a full web page exclusively about your company with up to 250 words of text , your company logo, association badges, and one or two photographs of yourself, your pupils or your cars. The page has its own internet address such as www.learners.co.uk/tuition/yourname which you can publish on your business cards, leaflets, letterhead and on any other advertisements you place.

Each of the 120 pages in the National Internet Directory of Driving Schools covers a single postcode area such as MK, B, LU, EH etc. At the top of these pages, above all of the directory entries in the area, we have allocated space for driving schools to display a prominent animated advertising banner. Such banners are a very popular and effective means of advertising on the Internet as they are positioned at the top of the page, are eye-catching and highly visible. Option D can be selected in addition to any of the other options described on this page.
Option E - Basic Listing + Link
For anyone who already has an Internet web site or home page, this option provides a basic listing in the National Internet Directory of Driving Schools as in Option A, with the addition of a link to their own web site. Provision of this option is subject to our acceptance of the site.

Option F - Full Multi-Page Web Site

Ideal for companies who are looking for a more substantial Internet presence than just a single web page. It is designed principally for those who use the Internet and already have an e-mail account.

Option F provides two professionally designed web pages describing your business, and an enquiry form allowing potential customers to send you a message or request further information.

We register your domain name with our Internet registration & hosting company (Qbic Internet Solutions, www.qbicinternet.com) and pay for the first year's rental.
We provide physical web space for your pages on the www.learners.co.uk domain.

   • SUPPLEMENTARY ADVERTISING OPTIONS
 
To supplement your entry in the National Internet Directory of Driving Schools, your details can also be listed in one or more of the Special Services Directory pages at the www.learners.co.uk site. There are four separate directories as follows:
Option R - Residential Training Directory

This directory lists driving schools offering residential driving courses, i.e. you arrange a place for the pupil to stay for the duration of the intensive driving course such as a hotel or guest house. This directory has proved to be immensely popular and effective. Obviously pupils from anywhere in the world may be looking for a residential course in your local area, and this directory allows them to find you instantly.
Option S - Off-road Training for under-17's Directory

This directory lists driving schools offering training for the considerable number of youngsters who just cannot wait until they are 17 before starting their driving lessons. Such youngsters are often willing to travel long distances to visit the relatively few driving schools offering this service in the UK.
Option T - Towing Training Directory

This directory lists driving schools which can provide help, advice and training for the DSA's recently introduced Towing Test. Again, relatively few driving schools offer this service in the UK and pupils are willing to travel long distances to get the training.
Option U - ADI Training Directory

If you provide ADI training, then a listing in this directory will allow prospective candidates from anywhere in the UK to locate your company.
